Ordered two replacement Queens for pawn exchange purposes.
Both were safely delivered within a couple of days.
What was really noticeable was the fact that delivery was free. This is quite unusual as we living in the Highlands and islands are almost always charged by companies who think we live in a different country.

A bit late I know but …….
This chess set was bought for me in the late 1970s when your studio was on Flinton street in Hull, it is still going strong, although 2 of the white pawns sadly have had head repairs. I never though to get them replaced.
These sets are truly built for a lifetime.

I lost a Pawn from a "Battle of Hastings" Chess set and Harry at Studio Anne Carlton was able to find a replacement. He only needed a couple pictures and the name and was able to locate a suitable replacement. I received the new pawn quickly in the mail and it was a perfect match.
